SCREEN PRINTING : SPECIALITY INKS

Speciality inks come in a variety of forms. Puff ink is a plastisol that has been modified with additive that is a heat reactive foaming agent. The ink expands when exposed to high temperature heat as the garment is cured creating a 3D puff print. There is also a similar additive called Suede. It has less of a 3D puff effect but mimics suede leather. Glitter ink is a popular speciality ink but has it’s limitations when it comes to detailed prints. If you have any questions regarding speciality inks please feel free to reach out at [email protected]

To extend the longevity of speciality inks it is recommend the you was the shirt in cold water and dry on cool.
